Indonesian Forestry Products Import Regulations

The Ministry of Trade of Indonesia recently issued a regulation related to the import trade of forest products - 97/M-DAG/PER/11/2015. According to this latest regulation, recipients in Indonesia are required to register as an import company with an API (Angka Pengenal Impor) import license and a PI (Persetujuan Impor) import license. The PI license is a license issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Trade to allow forest products to be imported into Indonesia.
